Frequent Queries
How is my data handled across the ecosystem?
Appzylo emphasizes transparency and user privacy. Flagship platforms like Colit execute entirely offline to guarantee local data sovereignty. As we build future ecosystem tools that require network databases (like SyncSpace), we implement strict end-to-end encryption and request clear, explicit consent before handling any account variables.
Can I access my Colit data across devices?
Currently, Colit saves exclusively to the physical machine it is installed on. To port your data, you must manually transfer your local workspace files. Future Appzylo applications designed for multi-device management will introduce encrypted cloud syncing.
How quickly are bug reports addressed?
Our core development studio reviews all transmissions received through this portal within 48-72 hours. For immediate technical triage or to discuss feature concepts with the architecture team directly, we recommend joining 'The Collective' network.
What are the OS requirements?
Colit and the Appzylo Gateway are cross-platform compatible. The desktop engine runs natively on Windows, with Android client variations available via the Google Play ecosystem. Web portal functionality requires a modern Chromium or WebKit-based browser.
